Goshen sees 14 deeds recorded in July, most with sale prices undisclosed
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 Goshen filings between July 3 and Aug. 1, but only three disclosed a sale price. Those three ranged from $35,000 to $420,868, with a median of $40,000, and all named a bank as buyer. The month's top transaction was 16 Washington Rd South, which sold for $420,868 to Greenfield Cooperative Bank on July 9. Three deeds recorded that same day clustered along the Washington Road corridor. Several other filings were trust, estate or municipal transfers, plus non-sale records such as a tax lien and a homestead declaration, rather than open-market sales.
