Nine deeds recorded in Goshen this period, but only one reveals a sale price
Goshen recorded nine property deeds between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $320,000, for 32 Pond Hill Rd., sold by Kathleen C. and William C. Fletcher III to Polish National Credit Union. That figure also serves as the period's low, high and median, since no other deed reported a price. Lake Drive saw three separate transfers, more than any other street. Several recorded deeds involved trusts, family transfers, bank or credit union parties, or the town of Goshen as buyer rather than conventional market sales, meaning the raw sales count likely overstates open-market activity this period.
