Goshen deed filings show 10 transfers but only one disclosed price in August roundup
Ten property transfers were recorded in Goshen between Aug. 7 and Aug. 28, but only one, the $320,000 sale of 32 Pond Hill Rd to Polish National Credit Union, included a disclosed price. The other nine filings, including three on Lake Drive and two on Aberdeen Road, list no consideration amount, and several are not conventional sales: a foreclosure-related transfer, a municipal land conveyance to the town, family trust transfers, and two town administrative actions. With price data disclosed on just one of 10 filings, the underlying data does not support broader conclusions about market pricing or tone this period.
