Few Prices Disclosed As Goshen Records 13 Deeds In August
Hampshire County Registry of Deeds recorded 13 Goshen property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only two disclosed a sale price: $320,000 for 32 Pond Hill Rd. and $20,000 for an unaddressed parcel transferred within the Moran family. That puts the disclosed range at $20,000 to $320,000 with a median of $170,000, though that figure reflects just two sales. Six of the 13 entries involved a bank or mortgage-servicing entity, three were family trust transfers, and two were administrative filings rather than sales, meaning volume alone does not tell the full story of the period.
