Eleven property-related documents were recorded in Goshen between July 24 and August 22, but only two disclosed a sale price: $20,000 and $312,000, a combined range that puts the midpoint at $166,000. The month's highest-priced sale was 30 Bissell Rd at $312,000, sold by Kelly A. Loven and Kelly A. Burrington to Florence Bank. Most other recordings, including several bank-related transfers and administrative filings such as a homestead declaration, estate tax affidavit and tax lien, did not disclose a price. With 9 of 11 recordings lacking price data, the deed record offers limited basis for judging overall market direction this period.
