Goshen Deed Filings Show Sparse Pricing in Late July, Early August
Eleven property-related deeds were recorded in Goshen from July 10 to Aug. 8, but only two disclosed a sale price: $20,000 for an unaddressed trust transfer recorded July 31, and $40,000 for 27 Fuller Rd., sold to Greenfield Cooperative Bank on July 22, the period's most notable disclosed transaction. The median sale price among disclosed transactions was $30,000. Nine of the 11 records, including two Florence Bank sales and several trust, estate and regulatory filings, did not include a price. With price data limited to two of 11 records, the period's overall market tone cannot be assessed from this dataset.
