Goshen Records 13 Deeds in Late Summer; Just Two List a Sale Price
Goshen recorded 13 property deeds between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, but only two carried a sale price in county registry data. 32 Pond Hill Road sold for $320,000, and 28 Birch Road sold for $152,800, putting the recorded price range at $152,800 to $320,000 with a median of $236,400. The other 11 deeds show price not yet available, consistent with normal reporting lag. Lake Drive and Bissell Road each saw multiple deeds recorded in the period. Several transfers involved family trusts, an estate filing, the town of Goshen as buyer, or banks, rather than conventional home sales.
