Eight Goshen property sales recorded in September; most prices still pending
Goshen recorded eight property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, according to Hampshire County Registry of Deeds data, though only three carried a sale price so far. Prices ranged from $20,000 for 2 Cape Street to $152,800 for 28 Birch Road, which sold to Florence Bank; the median among priced sales was $89,000. Two of the eight transfers, both on Bissell Road, moved property within the same families into trusts, and a Spruce Corner Road parcel transferred to the town of Goshen. With five of eight sales still awaiting recorded prices, the full picture of September's market activity is not yet complete.
