Goshen deed filings show wide price range as most September sales await pricing

Nine property transfers were recorded for Goshen between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but only three carried a sale price by early October: $20,000, $89,000 and $152,800, a median of $89,000. The month's top recorded sale was 28 Birch Rd, which sold for $152,800 to Florence Bank. Several other transfers, including two on Bissell Road, moved property into family trusts rather than to new buyers, and one Spruce Corner Road parcel transferred to the town of Goshen. Prices for the remaining six transfers had not yet posted to registry records, which is typical for recently filed deeds.
