Of the three sales, two carry recorded prices: $249,000 for 19 Lake Drive and $100,000 for 15 South Main Street, for a median of $174,500. The price for the third sale, 1 Sugar Maple Lane, was not yet available. Two of the three sales listed a bank as the buyer. With just three genuine transactions and one price still pending, the data offers a limited picture of Goshen's market this month.
